ーターにおいて、前記マイクロコンピユーターの
電源端子に逆流防止用ダイオードを介して電源を
供給する電源回路と、前記電源端子に抵抗を介し
て一端が接続されているとともに他端が接地され
、且つ前記メモリー回路にバツクアツプ用電源を
供給するバツクアツプ用コンデンサーと、前記電
源回路よりマイクロコンピユーターへ電源が供給
されたとき動作状態になるとともに前記制御端子
に発振回路を動作状態にせしめる信号を印加せし
めるバツクアツプモード切換回路と、前記バツク
アツプ用コンデンサーの充電電圧を検出するべく
接続されているとともに該バツクアツプ用コンデ
ンサーの充電電圧がメモリー回路の記憶保持動作
を行なうために必要な電圧値より低下した状態に
あるとき前記電源回路より電源が供給されると導
通状態になるスイツチングトランジスターと、該
スイツチングトランジスターのエミツタ・コレク
タ間を通してバイアス電流が供給されるとともに
導通状態にあるとき前記リセツト端子にリセツト

、該リセツト用トランジスターのベース回路に接
続されているとともに前記スイツチングトランジ
