    と同程度以下の孔径の微細孔を有するセラミツク
    ス製の限外濾過膜を設けたことを特徴とするセラ
    ミツクス中空糸膜モジユール。 (2) 限外濾過膜は、中空糸膜と基本的に同一材
    質のセラミツクスゲルを塗布して焼成してもので
