In such a character processing device, a command instruction and an operation according to the instruction are performed in one step.
There is a one-to-one relationship, and when a specific task is performed many times in succession, the command instruction corresponding to the task must be re-inputted each time, which is a drawback.

That is, (1) identifying whether or not the character information inputted from the input means for inputting character information and delimiter information is sandwiched between delimiter information, and based on the identification, regarding the input character information delimited by the delimiter information; is a character processing method that controls the execution of a command corresponding to the character information, which stores the input character information sandwiched between delimiter information, and executes the stored character information each time the re-execution of the character information is instructed. This is a character processing method characterized by re-executing a command based on the character information obtained. Furthermore, (2) input means for inputting character information and delimiter information, and identification for identifying whether or not the character information inputted from the input means is sandwiched between delimiter information of the input means. means, a control means for controlling the execution of a command corresponding to the character information input separated by delimiter information as identified by the identification means; a storage means for storing information; an instruction means for instructing re-execution; and a re-execution control means for controlling re-execution of a command corresponding to character information stored in the storage means based on an instruction from the instruction means. This is a character processing device having the following functions.

After the starting delimiter information is entered with CSKEY,
When the end delimiter information is input using the command end key CEKEY, the character information sandwiched between the delimiter information is input to the command buffer CBuF, and the character information is treated as command information. Then, the stack pointer SPOi is cleared, and the work corresponding to the command information stored in the command buffer CBuF (in the case of "Keisan", the actual calculation is executed) is executed by the processing unit CPU, and then again. Returns to the state of waiting for key input.

The corresponding work may be executed.

時において応用することも可能である。 In the embodiment of the present invention, when the same command instruction is input continuously, the command execution key is used as a substitute for the second and subsequent inputs. You may substitute the command execution key by using a combination of keys used for input. For example, in a kana-kanji conversion type input device, a space key sandwiched between kanji shift keys may be used as a command execution key. For example, it can also be applied when inputting commands to a computer or the like.
