Claims (1)
- ベース上に固定したワークの上端外周部に嵌合
される大径部と、シールリングを挿入する小径部
と、上記大径部と小径部との間で上方に向つて細
くなるよう形成されたテーパ部とを有するリング
挿着用ガイドの前記小径部に挿入した前記シール
リングを、前記大径部を経て前記ワークに形成し
た環状溝に挿着するリング挿着用治具であつて、
前記ワークに摺動自在に嵌合され、前記ベースと
の間に介装された弾性部材によつて、ベースから
離間するように付勢されたワークガイドと、前記
リング挿着用ガイドの小径部に嵌合されて上下動
するホルダー部と、このホルダー部の下方に支点
を介して下端部が軸心方向に揺動自在に枢着され
た複数個のレバーと、上記ホルダー部のレバーよ
り下面に固着されて弾性リングの外径を案内する
と共に下端部で前記ワクガイドを押し下げる円盤
状のリングガイド板と、上記レバーの下端部をリ
ング挿着用ガイドの外周面に付勢する弾性部材と
により構成したことを特徴とするシールリング挿
着用治具。
