に嵌合されてリフトプレートの浮上高さを規制す
るホルダーとからなり、上記ハウジングには、上
記底面に凹溝を形成すると共に、該凹溝に連通す
るエア通路およびエア供給ポートを形成し、該凹
溝に圧縮空気が供給された時、上記リフトプレー
ト上に載置した被挿入部材をリフトプレートと共
にエアフローテイングさせるよう構成したことを
