- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ブロツク状のボデイと、 該ボデイ内部に設けられた内部室と、 該内部室を２個のセンタ室に分けるセンタダイ
アフラムと、 前期ボデイの外側面に設けられ該ボデイとシー
ル室を構成するシールダイアフラムと、 前記シール室と前記センタ室とを連通する連通
孔と、 前記ボデイの外側面を覆うカバーフランジと を具備する差圧測定装置において、 前記センタダイアフラムが前記ボデイとほぼ同
様の熱膨脹係数を有し、 前記シールダイアフラムに対向して前記ボデイ
に設けられた凹部と、 該凹部の底部に周縁が固定され穴を有し前記連
通孔に密着した場合に該連通孔をシールする保護
ダイアフラムと、 前記連通孔に挿入され前記センタダイアフラム
と前記保護ダイアフラムが前記凹部の底部と僅か
の隙間を保つように接続し前記ボデイとほぼ同様
の熱膨脹係数を有する接続棒と、 前記凹部、連通孔、センタ室とで構成される２
個の室にそれぞれ封入される封入液と を具備したことを特徴とする差圧測定装置。
