- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 チツプの前方にレンズ部を備えレンズ部と直角
方向にリードを突出させた部品を検査するための
視覚検査装置であつて、 拡散板と光源と撮像装置とから成り、 前記拡散板は、互いにほぼ直角をなす光出力面
と光入力面とを有し、光出力面を前記部品のレン
ズ部の真下であつてレンズ部と平行させて位置さ
せ、 前記光源は、前記拡散板の光入力面に対向させ
て位置させ、 前記撮像装置は、レンズ部を中間に位置させて
拡散板の光出力面と対向する位置に配置して成る
視覚検査装置。
