第１図は、本考案の高温顕微鏡の一実施例の構
成を示す図、第２図及び第３図は、本考案の高温
顕微鏡を用いて試料の潜熱変化の測定を行つた場
合の、試料の温度変化及び試料への加熱手段の出
力の変化と時間との関係を表すグラフ、第４図は
、本考案の高温顕微鏡のモニタ上に映し出された
像の一例を示す図、第５図は、本考案の高温顕微
鏡を用いて２つ以上の潜熱変化の存在が認められ
る試料の潜熱変化の測定を行つた場合の、試料の
温度変化及び試料への加熱手段の出力の変化と時
間との関係を表すグラフ、第６図は、従来の方法
を用いて２つ以上の潜熱変化の存在が認められる

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 試料を収納する真空チヤンバと、前記試料を保
    持する試料ホルダと、前記試料を加熱する加熱手
    段と、前記試料の温度を測定する温度測定手段と
    、この温度測定手段の出力に応じて前記加熱手段
    の出力を調整する温度調節手段と、前記試料の組
    織像を観察する観察手段と、この観察手段からの
    映像と、前記温度調節手段の前記加熱手段への出
    力と、前記温度測定手段の出力とを同時に記録す
    る記録手段とを具えることを特徴とする高温顕微
    鏡。
