Claims (1)
- ドア本体のヒンジ取付部にボルト外径よりも大
径の取付孔を形成し、ボルトを固着したプレート
を前記ヒンジ取付部の裏側に配置して、そのボル
トを前記取付孔に挿通し、該ボルトの突出端をド
アヒンジに形成した嵌合孔に嵌合して、ドア本体
を車体に対して位置決めし、前記ボルト端にナツ
トを螺合、締結してドア本体を車体に組付ける構
造において、前記ヒンジ取付部の裏側にプレート
を内包するリテーナプレートを固着すると共に、
該リテーナプレートとヒンジ取付部との間に形成
された閉断面内に熱硬化型防錆剤を充填し、該熱
硬化型防錆剤を加熱、硬化させて、前記プレート
をヒンジ取付部に固着したことを特徴とする自動
車用ドアのドアヒンジ取付部構造。
