向に回転可能にかつその環状の径方向が水平に取
付けられ、前記搭乗台の水平状態で接地面より浮
上する断面円形の弾性材料からなる駆動用環状体
と、 前記駆動用環状体を駆動する駆動手段と を備えた重心移動による舵取り付き車両。
