である。 図において、８は銅−タングステン基板、９，
１１はアルミナ基板、１０はカーボンパターン、
１２は導電体基板、１３，１４はスルーホールを
示す。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、または相当
部分を示す。

案の他の実施例による低抵抗回路の平面図と断面
図、第３図ａ，ｂは従来のそれの平面図と断面図

Claims (1)
- アルミナとほぼ同じ温度係数をもつ銅−タング
ステンの基板上に、銅またはカーボンを蒸着した
アルミナ基板を取付け、更にその上から導電体基
板に取付けたアルミナ基板で蒸着面をサンドイツ
チし、放熱効果を高め、低インピーダンス化した
ことを特徴とする低抵抗回路。
