Claims (1)
周面にゴム系高分子材料を設けて一体化すること
により略筒状の容器を形成し、積層した素子間の
外周面を絶縁材で被つて構成した素子群を容器の
内周面との間に空間を形成することなく容器内に
収容し、素子に当接する金具を容器の両端に夫々
