備えたパルスレーザ電源装置用低漏洩可飽和変圧
器。 (2) 窓部の断面形状が長円状を呈するように成
形されたノーカツト形巻鉄心と、前記巻鉄心の窓
部の幅方向に並べた状態で該窓部を貫通した多数
の線状の絶縁被覆導体からなる1次巻線と、前記
1次巻線を構成する絶縁被覆導体と交互に並ぶよ
うに配置されて前記巻鉄心の窓部を貫通した多数
の線状の絶縁被覆導体からなる2次巻線とを備え
