Claims (1)
- 互いに離間する二つの導波管の端面間にわたさ
れるように巻付けられて該端面間に導波面を形成
する金属箔と、この金属箔を前記導波管に密着固
定させる固定機構とを備えることを特徴とする導
波管接続構造。
