Abstract

PURPOSE:To feed miscellaneous solid articles one by one by a single row conveyer by aligning several miscellaneous solid articles stored in a box, on a wide stock conveyer at predetermined pitches, by intermittently moving them at the same time, and then by conveying them in a perpendicular direction by way of a right angle shoot. CONSTITUTION:A wide stock conveyer 1 is sectioned in a plurality of rows by guide rails 2, and miscellaneous solid articles 3 in a carton box are arranged on the stock conveyer 1 in a plurality of rows which are sectioned at predeter mined pitches by sectioning devices 4 over the entire length thereof so that the solid articles are advanced intermittently at the pitches. A single row convey er 5 is laid below the front end part of the conveyer 1, orthogonal to the latter, and is provided thereon with sectioning devices 6 at predetermined pitches. A guide shoot 8 is provided between the front end part of the conveyer 1 and the conveyer 5 so that the solid articles are set in a single row for each row by means of partition walls 9, and are fed in a plurality of rows by the conveyer 6. Accordingly, the solid articles can be automatically fed one by one.

These miscellaneous solids in carton boxes had to be loaded one by one into the incinerator, so conventionally workers had to manually load them onto the loading conveyor, but this required manual labor all day long. There were also problems such as the possibility of radiation exposure due to the long-term handling of radioactive miscellaneous solid waste.

As mentioned above, miscellaneous solids in a carton box (3) is a paper bucket-shaped carton box with a waterproof inner surface, in which radioactive waste is stored, and the outside is wrapped in a polyethylene bag, and its dimensions are as follows: For example, about 30cm in diameter,
The height is about 35cm. Such miscellaneous solids (3) in carton boxes are arranged at a constant pitch along partition bars (4) protruding from the surface of the stock conveyor (1) at a constant pitch. Although only the three in the front row are shown in FIG. 1, they are arranged in three rows at a constant pitch over the entire length of the stock conveyor (1). The stock conveyor (1) is arranged to advance intermittently by the pitch of this partition bar (4).

At this time, the miscellaneous solids (3) in the carton box are ensured to enter between the partition bars (6) of the single-row conveyor (5) by the vertical partition wall (9) of the guide chute (8). Thereafter, the single row conveyor (5) moves forward by three pitches, and the miscellaneous solids in the next carton box from the stock conveyor (1) (
3) Be prepared for the fall. The intervals of intermittent movement of the stock conveyor (1) and the single-row conveyor (5) as described above may be set appropriately according to the capacity of the incinerator, but in the case of the embodiment, the intervals are set to several minutes. (Effects of the Invention) As explained above, according to the transportation device for miscellaneous solids packed in carton boxes of the present invention, miscellaneous solids packed in carton boxes placed on the stock conveyor are automatically incinerated without the need for manpower. They can be sent out one by one to a furnace or the like. In addition, the stock conveyor can be made wide so that miscellaneous solids in carton boxes can be placed in multiple rows on it, so a very large number of miscellaneous solids in carton boxes can be stocked, and one day's worth of miscellaneous solids can be stored. If you do this, you will be able to drive completely automatically. Moreover, the transfer from the stock conveyor to the single-row conveyor is performed reliably, and there is no risk of breakdown.

As a result, according to the present invention, it is possible to significantly reduce the labor of workers and the risk of radiation exposure, so it contributes to the development of industry as a transportation device for miscellaneous solids in carton boxes that eliminates the conventional problems. There are a lot of things to do.
