Claims (1)
- 入力される送信波の周波数に応じてそのインピ
ーダンスが変化する負荷と、送信波を電力増幅し
て前記負荷に出力する電力増幅器とを有する無線
機において、前記電力増幅器の負荷側に接続され
る電圧可変容量ダイオードと、前記送信波の周波
数に対応した制御電圧を発生する制御電圧発生手
段と、この制御電圧発生手段により発生された制
御電圧を前記電圧可変容量ダイオードに印加する
印加手段とを具備したことを特徴とする携帯用無
線機。
