Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明はタイルパネルの留付け方法に関する。
詳しくは、タイルパネルを仮止めした後にその位
置を容易に微調整し得るタイルパネルの留付け方
法に関する。
従来の技術 従来のタイルパネルの施工法としては、300×
900mm又は600×1200mm程度の大きさ、厚さ３〜８
mmの石綿セメント板又は珪酸カルシウム板から成
る基材上にタイルをアクリル系接着剤等で接着し
たタイルパネルを、予じめ釘打ちする箇所のタ
イルをはずして木胴縁および柱または野縁および
スタツド等から成る下地材に釘又はタツピンねじ
等で留め、その後にはずしたタイルを貼る、或い
はタイルパネルの目地から、上記の下地材に釘
またはタツピンねじ等で留めそして目地剤を塗装
する方法が知られている。
更に本出願人による先願に係る特公昭58−
27380号には、タイルパネルの基材タイル未固
着部に該未固着部および該基材の貫通穴に合着し
て座金を埋設し、該座金の凹部に設けた穴にボル
ト等を通して該タイルパネルをアングル材等の支
持部材に固定する方法が開示されている。
発明の解決しようとする問題点 従来の上記の方法およびにおいては、留付
けの際にタイルパネルがわずかにズレたりする
と、施工が困難となる欠点があつた。すなわち、
わずかなズレ（例えば縫糸一本程度のズレ）でも
タイルの目地（通常２mm）通りは悪いと判断され
るし、またパネル内でタイルの移動は不可能であ
るからパネル間の目地（２〜３mm）のみでパネル
の位置を調整しなければならない。従つて、位置
調整にかなりの無理が生じ、施工性、仕上り共に
悪くなるのが実情であつた。またタイルパネルが
大きくなると、釘やタツピンねじのみの固定では
不安定である。従つて、接着剤を併用するか、あ
るいは留め付け部を増やすために留付け部の多く
のタイルをタイルパネルからはずしておくことが
行なわれたが、後での駄目張り箇所が増えるなど
の欠点があつた。更にまた、大きなタイルパネル
（例えば600×2400mm）の場合、基材の石綿セメン
トなどの厚みも大きくなる（約10〜12mm厚）の
で、釘止め、タツピンねじ止めがしにくくなり、
作業性もおち、固定時にパネルが動き易い、など
の欠点もあつた。
一方、特公昭58−27380号に記載された方法で
は、座金が予じめ基材に固着されているため、下

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 多数個のタイルを貼着したタイルパネルの基
    材を下地材に固定具を用いて取付施工するタイル
    パネルの留付け方法において：タイルパネルの複
    数個所にタイル未固着部を有するタイルパネルの
    各未着部分のパネル基材上に、溝状の凹部および
    該凹部の実質的に中央に貫通穴を設け；該基材の
    該貫通穴および該溝状凹部に、それぞれ余裕を残
    して納まり得る寸法の凹部およびその少なくとも
    両端に接続するフランジ部からなる留付け具を、
    該基材面と平行に移動可能に収容し；該留付け具
    の凹部の中央部分に設けた穴をパネルを取付する
    下地材の貫通穴と合せて、該穴および該貫通穴に
    固定具の柱状部分を通して該留付け具および下地
    材を仮止めし；該タイルパネルの取付位置を確認
    または調整して、該固定具を本固定し；次いで該
    タイルパネルの該タイル未固着部へタイルを貼着
    することを特徴とする、タイルパネルの留付け方
    法。
