たN個の水平同期信号及びN個のバースト信号に
基づいて得られたベロシテイーエラー信号で、基
準クロツク信号を位相変調して得た読み出しクロ
ツク信号を発生して、上記N個の時間軸誤差補正
用のメモリに共通に供給する読み出しクロツク信
号発生回路とを有することを特徴とする時間軸誤
