Claims (1)
に永久磁石を配設した回転子と、その永久磁石の
外周を円筒状に囲みかつ先端部が左右対称に拡が
る磁極子と左右非対称に拡がる磁極子を永久磁石
の外周面に向けて突出させた固定子鉄心及びその
磁極子の周囲に絶縁部材を介して巻回されたコイ
ルからなる固定子と、軸受を装備して固定子鉄心
の軸方向両端部に配設されたブラケツトと、永久
磁石の外周面に対面するよう一方のブラケツトに
配設された磁気感応素子と、磁気感応素子の検知
出力によりコイルへの通電を制御する駆動回路を
有した無刷子電動機において、 前記固定子鉄心の外周面に凹所を形成するとと
もに、前記磁極子の内周面と略同内径の周壁部と
、周壁部から連設された欠極部を補う代用極部及
び凹所に嵌入される嵌入突部とからなる絶縁性の
固定枠を設け、嵌入突部を凹所に嵌入して固定枠
が固定子鉄心の両端に取着されてなる無刷子電動
