Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 鍋２を加熱するガスバーナ１等の発熱源と、
    鍋２の外壁温度を検知する温度センサ１４と、更
    に加熱調理温度を設定する温度設定器３を具備し
    、温度センサ１４の検知温度と温度設定器３の設
    定温度を判断して発熱源の発熱量を制御するもの
    において、温度センサ１４の検知温度を監視して
    その温度降下量を測定する温度降下量測定手段２
    １と、該温度降下量測定手段２１の測定する温度
    降下量が大きい場合には大きな昇温信号を逆に温
    度降下量が小さい場合には小さな昇温信号を夫々
    出力する昇温信号出力手段２２と、該昇温信号出
    力手段２２の昇温信号が示す温度だけ温度設定器
    ３の設定温度を高温側に補正する温度補正手段２
    ３を設け、該温度補正手段２３が出力する補正温
    度と温度センサ１４の検知温度を比較しながらこ
    れら両温度が等しくなるように鍋２を加熱するよ
    うにした揚げ物調理器。 鍋２を加熱するガスバーナ１等の発熱源と、
    鍋２の外壁温度を検知する温度センサ１４と、更
    に加熱調理温度を設定する温度設定器３を具備し
    、温度センサ１４の検知温度と温度設定器３の設
    定温度を判断して発熱源の発熱量を制御するもの
    において、温度設定器３の温度を高めに補正して
    その補正温度を示す信号を出す温度補正手段を設
    け、鍋２内が冷めた場合には温度センサ１４の検
    知する鍋２の外壁温度が上記補正手段の出力する
    前記補正温度になるまで発熱源１０を昇温させる
    ようにした揚げ物調理器。
