Claims (1)
- 溶接ガンにスタツドを装着するコレツトを兼ね
た電極と、この電極に装着したスタツドを母材に
突き当てて溶接アークを発生させ、その周囲を不
活性ガスにてシールドする筒状のフラツシユシー
ルド部材とを備えたスタツド溶接機において、前
記電極をその外周に隙間を有して貫通する中心穴
と、この中心穴と外気とを連通するガス排気穴と
、前記中心穴の周囲に複数のガス供給通路穴とを
設けた筒状のフラツシユシールド部材本体を炭素
工具鋼等の金属材で形成し、この金属材の表面に
セラミツクをコーテイングしたことを特徴とする
スタツド溶接機のフラツシユシールド装置。
