Many conventionally used intraosseous implants made of, for example, titanium, vitalium, stainless steel, etc., are used because of their high mechanical strength. However, when implanted in the jawbone, adhesive bonding properties with the bone are poor, and therefore it is difficult to implant the implant while maintaining mechanical strength. Therefore, in order to embed the implant in the bone with greater mechanical strength, the surface of the part of the implant itself where it will be inserted into the bone is roughened, and thin grooves are formed vertically and horizontally. In some cases, a hole was made that communicated with both sides, and bone was allowed to grow and infiltrate into the hole.

However, although some intraosseous implants are placed into a recess excavated in the jawbone, the jawbone is generally
Since the width is relatively narrow at about 12 to 18 mm, thick intraosseous implants cannot be used, and the thickness of the intraosseous implant has to be as thin as about 1.5 to 2.0 mm. Therefore, if a deeper groove is attempted to be formed on the side surface of the implant to increase the engagement with the bone, this will result in a decrease in the strength of the implant itself, and if the groove is shallow, it will cause a large engagement with the bone. The drawback was that no synergy could be expected.

その結果、従来のインプラントは骨増生後にお

As a result, conventional implants have little biting (engagement) even after bone augmentation. As a result, the mechanical engagement force becomes insufficient, and there is a risk that phenomena such as settling into the bone, rattling, and falling out may occur.

〔問題点を解決するための手段〕[Means for solving problems]

As mentioned above, in order to prevent the occurrence of settling, rattling, and dislodgement in the bone, as well as to prevent a decrease in the strength of the implant itself, multiple protrusions are formed on the side of the implant site. This makes it possible to maintain a more solidly engaged state after engagement.

The implants according to the present invention are made of Vitalium, stainless steel,
The implant 1 is made of titanium or a titanium alloy, and the implant 1 has a post part 3 integrally formed with the intraosseous insertion part 2 and its approximately central part, and the side of the post part 3 has a mark as shown in FIG. A large number of protrusions T are formed as shown in the cross section. In addition, the figure (B) shows an implant in which two post parts 3a are formed for the intraosseous implantation part 2a, and the same figure (C) shows an implant 1b for a front tooth, and similarly the surface of the intraosseous implantation part 2b is shown. A number of protrusions T are integrally formed on the.

As shown in the cross section in the figure, it is desirable to provide them symmetrically on both sides, but the invention is not limited thereto and may be provided only on one side. Further, the arrangement of the protrusions T may be a regular arrangement as shown in FIG. 3A, or a random arrangement as shown in FIG. 3B. Furthermore, as a result of various experiments conducted to examine the relationship between bone growth and mechanical engagement, a suitable height h of the protrusion T is 0.15 mm or more, preferably 0.2 to 0.6 mm.

In addition, if the implants 1, 1a, 1b are made of titanium or titanium alloy, in order to have better biocompatibility, an oxide film of TiO 2 is coated on the surface to an appropriate thickness by anodizing or the like. It is preferable to wear it.

As described above, according to the present invention, a plurality of protrusions are formed on at least one side, preferably both sides, of the intraosseous insertion part of the blade-type intraosseous implant, so that the valleys between these protrusions are As a result of the engagement effect caused by bone growth and intrusion, and the increase in the contact area with the bone, the mechanical bonding force with the jawbone becomes large, reducing the occurrence of problems such as shedding, rattling, and settling into the bone. It is possible to provide an implant that can prevent this problem and provide stable occlusal performance over a long period of time.
