    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車体側の取付部に装着され上方が開放したアウ
    タケースと、アウタケースに、付勢手段により常
    時開放するよう取付けられプツシユ操作によつて
    ロツク及びロツク解除を交互に繰返すロツク機構
    によりヒンジを支点として開閉する外蓋と、前記
    アウタケース内に着脱自在に嵌挿され上方が開放
    したインナケースと、インナケースに、付勢手段
    により常時開放するよう取付けられ前記外蓋の全
    閉時にヒンジを支点として前記インナケースの上
    方を閉塞する開閉可能な内蓋とで構成されると共
    に前記外蓋のヒンジ点をアウタケース本体より外
    方へオフセツトしたことを特徴とするプツシユオ
    ープン式の灰皿。
