Safe-deposit boxes in banks and other financial institutions and multi-story warehouses in various factories are equipped with shelf frames in which receiving shelves are installed in multiple stages and rows for storing cargo such as storage boxes, and shelves are installed along the front of the shelf frames. An elevating frame is vertically movably mounted on a vertically longitudinal traveling frame that is movable in the left and right directions, and the elevating frame is provided with a slide fork that moves back and forth toward the shelf at an arbitrary location. is normal.

In that case, as a conventional technique for the structure of the cargo receiving shelf, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 1870/1987 discloses a method in which shelf supporting arms, such as a U-shaped cross section, are directed from the support at the back of the shelf frame to the running frame. It projects horizontally forward in a cantilevered manner, and each of the shelf support arms has a front shelf board and a rear shelf board that project horizontally on both left and right sides at appropriate distances from each other, and are placed on the top surface of the slide fork. While the loaded cargo is being lowered between the pair of left and right shelf support arms,
It is proposed that the lower surface of the baggage be received on both the left and right sides by the pair of left and right front shelf boards and rear shelf boards at four locations.

By the way, the left and right center position of the cargo placed on the top surface of the slide fork may shift, and while the load is shifted left and right, the slide fork is lowered between the front and rear pair of shelf boards on both the left and right sides. Then, the overlapping width dimensions of the left and right sides of the lower surface of the cargo and the shelf boards on both the left and right sides are different, resulting in a situation where the bottom surface of the cargo is only slightly caught on either the left or right shelf board. There is a problem that the baggage may tilt to the left or right, or in the worst case, the baggage may fall.

As a means to solve this inconvenience, the prior art Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 10548/1983 discloses that cargo receiving shelves having a downwardly facing U-shaped cross section are fixed to the pillars of the shelf frame of a multi-story warehouse so as to protrude from both the left and right sides. It is proposed that stoppers for the left and right sides of the cargo be cut and raised diagonally upward on the horizontal loading plate of the cargo receiving shelf.

However, since the stopper of the prior art is cut and raised so that its upper edge becomes a free end,
If there is a large deviation in the placement position of the baggage in the left and right direction,
In order to prevent the bottom surface of the cargo from hitting the upper edge of the stopper, the length of the stopper must be cut and raised, and in this case, the length of the cut and raised part of the stopper must be increased. There is an additional drawback that holes are formed and the rigidity of the cargo receiving shelf board is reduced, resulting in a decrease in cargo receiving strength.

Furthermore, when the load-receiving shelf board is a flat plate and projects like a cantilever as in the prior art, applying the cut-and-raised stopper described above further reduces the load-receiving strength. There is a problem with putting it away.

Therefore, the present invention has a vertically longitudinal traveling frame that runs along the front surface of a shelf frame having multiple upper and lower load receiving shelves, and a horizontally moving back and forth frame for loading and unloading cargo into any desired load receiving shelf area of the shelf frame. In a multi-story warehouse in which movable slide forks are mounted so as to be freely raised and lowered, longitudinal longitudinal support beams are disposed on the shelf frames along the longitudinal movement direction of the slide forks, and each of the support beams has the following features: A flat load receiving shelf supporting the lower side of the load is horizontally protruded so that its right and left free ends extend toward the sides of the slide fork on both sides of the longitudinal axis of the support beam. A substantially gate-shaped guide body is provided with a pair of left and right sloped surfaces that are inclined downward toward the left and right center of the support beam, and the left and right lower ends of the guide body extend in the direction of the right and left free edges of the load receiving shelf, and The guide body is disposed so as to straddle the longitudinal longitudinal axis, and at least both left and right lower ends of the guide body are fixed to the upper surface of the cargo receiving shelf board.

According to this configuration, the substantially gate-shaped guide body has inclined surfaces on both left and right sides thereof that are inclined downward toward the left and right center of the load, which is the free end of the load receiving shelf, so that it can be placed on the slide fork. Even if the position of the loaded load shifts to the left or right, if the lower surface and the corner of the right or left side of the loaded load come into contact with the inclined surface of the guide body as it descends the slide fork, it will move. , the cargo is forcibly moved in the left-right center direction along this guide body.

Therefore, when a load is placed on the load receiving shelf board away from the top surface of the slide fork, the center position between the left and right load receiving shelves approximately coincides with the left and right center position of the load. The posture above can be corrected to a substantially constant state.

Moreover, the approximately gate-shaped guide body has at least the lower left and right ends fixed to the upper surface of the flat cargo shelf.
The section modulus of the cargo shelf increases, increasing the rigidity, and both the left and right free ends of the cargo shelf become
It is possible to prevent downward deformation due to the load of the loaded baggage.

As a result, there is no need to make the cargo receiving shelves of shelf frames in multi-level warehouses flat and take up a lot of wasted space between the top and bottom, making it possible to install more shelves in the same vertical space and store a large number of items. be effective.

As described above, according to the present invention, the strength of the cargo receiving shelf can be improved and the strength of the receiving shelf can be improved at the same time by using a simple structure in which a substantially gate-shaped guide body having sloped surfaces on both left and right sides is fixed to the upper surface of the flat cargo receiving shelf. This has the remarkable effect of being able to correct the posture of the cargo on the receiving shelf.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, the left and right cargo shelf boards 22, 22 are cut out in the middle part of the cargo shelf board 22 in the front and back direction.
The left and right distances are wide and narrow, and the cargo 5 is placed on the upper surface of the protruding part of each cargo receiving shelf board 22. Correspondingly, the left and right width of the upper stage 11 in the slide fork 8 is The dimensions are also wide at the locations where the left and right spacing between the left and right cargo shelf boards 22, 22 is wide.
The guide body 24 is formed narrowly at a narrow place so that the upper platform 11 can pass up and down without interfering with each other, and the guide body 24 is fixed to the upper surface of the large width area of each cargo receiving shelf board 22. . According to this configuration, the cargo 5 can be stably placed on the upper stage 11 having a wide width, while the cargo receiving shelf board 22 is not formed longitudinally longitudinally along the support beam 21, but is formed partially. In that case, the receiving shelf board 2
By fixing the guide body 24 on the upper surface of the guide member 2, the lack of strength can be overcome.

A vertically longitudinal running frame that runs along the front surface of a shelf frame having multiple upper and lower load receiving shelves is provided with a slide fork that can move back and forth in the horizontal direction for loading and unloading cargo into any desired load receiving shelf area of the shelf frame. In this multi-story warehouse, longitudinal longitudinal support beams are arranged on the shelf frame along the longitudinal movement direction of the sides of the slide forks, and each of the support beams has a support beam attached to the bottom side of the cargo. A flat cargo receiving shelf supporting the cargo is provided so as to project horizontally so that its right and left free ends extend toward the sides of the slide fork on both the left and right sides of the longitudinal axis of the support beam. A substantially gate-shaped guide body is provided with a pair of left and right sloped surfaces that are inclined downward toward each other, and the left and right lower ends of the guide body extend in the direction of both left and right free edges of the cargo receiving shelf, and the guide body extends across the front and rear longitudinal axis of the support beam. What is claimed is: 1. A cargo receiving device for a multi-level warehouse, characterized in that at least the left and right lower ends of the guide bodies are fixed to the upper surface of the cargo receiving shelf.
