Claims (1)
- ピストンケース内を、流体が出入される第１の
ピストン室と大気側に連通する第２のピストン室
とに隔成するピストンと、上記第１のピストン室
の流体を圧迫する方向に、上記ピストンを付勢す
るスプリングと、上記第１のピストン室に、タン
ク内に収容した流体を第１の弁を介して送給する
ポンプと、上記第１のピストン室の流体を上記タ
ンクに排出可能に切り換えられる第２の弁とを備
えたピストン駆動装置。
