  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 シリンダ内で、下方に付勢されたピストンとニ
    ードル弁の組付け体を外部エアの圧力により上下
    反復させることにより、ニードル弁先端側の流体
    出口を開閉する自動バルブにおいて、 シリンダの上側に、バルブ動作検知室をシリン
    ダ内部と隔絶して設けるとともに、検知軸をニー
    ドル弁の後端部より該検知室の内部まで延長して
    設け、かつ光フアイバーを該検知軸の上下反復を
    検知すべく前記検知室内に臨むように取付けてな
    ることを特徴とする自動バルブ。
