可視領域に感度を有する受光素子と、前記受光素
子の出力を変換し、ある一定値と比較する変換比
較回路と、前記変換比較回路の出力を入力の１つ
とするマイクロプロセツサと、前記マイクロプロ
セツサによつて制御されるスイツチング回路と、
前記スイツチング回路によつて点灯、消灯を切換
えられる発光素子とからなり、前記受光素子に筺
体外部から入射する光の光量が一定時間、一定値
以上もしくは以下に変化した場合、前記発光素子
を一定時間発光させるようにしたことを特徴とし
