Claims (1)
- ヘツドシリンダを定位置で位置決めする位置決
め装置と、位置決めされたヘツドシリンダの閉塞
検査の対象となる屈曲穴の両端に配置され、前記
屈曲穴の一端より入射させた光を前記屈曲穴内で
乱反射させて他端に到達する光量で閉塞の有無を
検知するようにした透過形の投受光装置とで構成
したことを特徴とするヘツドシリンダ中子閉塞検
査装置。
