験装置を示す正面図、第２図はこの考案の簡易プ
ログラムの一例を示すグラフ、第３図は従来の温
度試験装置の正面図、第４図は従来の圧力試験装
置の構成図である。図において、２は恒温槽、３
は恒温室、７は真空タンク、１１は開放弁、１２
は真空弁、１３はロータリポンプである。なお、
図中、同一符号は同一、または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 温度・湿度及び時間をコントロールできる恒温
槽とその恒温室内部に自由に配設可能な真空タン
クを有し、真空タンク内の温度及び圧力を計測し
、さらに圧力制御部を有している温度圧力試験装
置において、真空タンクはロータリポンプ、真空
弁、開放弁及び圧力センサーにより構成され、そ
れぞれ恒温槽側の制御部によりリレー出力により
真空系をＯＮ−ＯＦＦさせることを特徴とする温
度圧力試験装置。
