Detailed Description of the Invention <Industrial Application Field> The present invention relates to a printing method in which a transfer pattern is printed on a swellable film and transferred to a printing substrate using water pressure, and in particular, the printing ink of the transfer pattern is applied to a printing substrate. The present invention relates to a penetrating printing method in which the material is penetrated and fixed.

<Prior art> This type of penetrating printing method, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 57-50547, uses a solvent that loosens the chain-like intermolecular bonds of a predetermined polymeric substance in the printing ink that creates the transfer pattern. This allows the dye in the printing ink to penetrate between the molecules of the printing substrate made of the above-mentioned polymeric substance during transfer, and after transfer, the printing substrate is further immersed in an aqueous solution of a penetration enhancer. It is immersed to increase the degree of penetration of the dye into the printing material, and this dye penetration can be expected to have the effect of making the transfer pattern transferred to the printing material clear and at the same time firmly fixing it. It is.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, in the above method, a water-soluble substance is used as the solvent as a means for penetrating the dye in the ink into the printing material during or after the transfer process. When a printing substrate is immersed in an aqueous solution, there is a phenomenon in which the dye in the ink is eluted together with the solvent into the aqueous penetration enhancer solution. This phenomenon becomes even more pronounced when the temperature of the solution is raised to improve the penetration promotion effect. There is a characteristic called.

When the dye is eluted from the transfer pattern in this way, a problem arises in that the eluted dye adheres to and permeates the printing material, making the transferred pattern on the printing material unclear, and the dye is also eluted due to solvent elution. There is also the problem that the penetration effect is impaired.

<Means for Solving the Problems> In the method of the present invention, the ink for printing the transfer pattern contains a water-insoluble dye, a water-insoluble solvent for dissolving or dispersing the dye, and a water-insoluble solvent for dissolving or dispersing the dye. and a water-insoluble resin component for fixation, and a substance that loosens chain intermolecular bonds of the predetermined polymeric substance is used as the solvent.

While creating a transfer film by printing a transfer pattern on a swellable film using such printing ink,
The substrate to be printed is made of a polymer material that is attacked by the solvent, that is, the chain intermolecular bonds can be loosened by the solvent,
The transfer film is brought into close contact with this using water pressure.

When used for this purpose, the transfer pattern is transferred to the printing material, so remove the transfer film after transfer.
While exposing the transfer pattern, the printing material is immersed in warm water, and finally the printing material is pulled out of the hot water and dried.

<Function> Since the method of the present invention is as described above, when transferring the transfer pattern to the printing material,
The solvent in the printing ink attacks the surface of the printing substrate, thereby penetrating the dye into the chain-like intermolecular bonds, and the hot water bath after removing the transfer film damages the intermolecular bonds of the polymeric substance that is the material of the printing substrate. The bonds loosen, allowing the dye to penetrate the surface of the substrate, and the resin component solidifies after drying, fixing the victory.

<Example> The method of the present invention involves printing a transfer pattern on a lubricating film, for example, a film made of polyvinyl alcohol to produce a transfer film, and floating this transfer film on the surface of water in an aquarium with the transfer pattern facing upward. A molded product made of nylon resin is lowered onto the floating transfer film onto an example of a printing material made of a polymeric material so as to come into contact with the transfer pattern, and a part or all of the printing material is immersed in water to be applied with water pressure. In a printing method in which a transfer pattern is transferred from a transfer film to a printing material, and the transfer film is further removed after transfer of the transfer pattern, the printing ink is mixed with water-insoluble dyes 1 to 1.

As an example of the composition of the printing ink, when the printing substrate is a nylon resin product, it contains 15% Kayaset 130 (manufactured by Nippon Kayaku Co., Ltd.) as a dye, 65% oleic acid as a solvent, and 7 parts alkyd resin as a resin component. A 20% mixture with 3 parts of butyral resin is good.

In the experimental example, a transfer pattern was printed on a polyvinyl alcohol film (Hi-Selon C-300, manufactured by Nichigo Film Co., Ltd.) using such printing ink, and then the transfer film thus produced was heated in water at a temperature of 30°C. After 80 seconds, the printing material is immersed in water while contacting the transfer pattern to perform the transfer. Then, the transfer film attached to the printing material is removed using a shower at a temperature of 30℃, and the printing material is heated to a temperature of 30℃. It was immersed in warm water at 80°C for 30 minutes.

As a result, the transferred pattern was clearly transferred to the surface of the printing material, and there was no "blurring" of the transferred pattern as in the conventional method.

<Effects of the Invention> In the method of the present invention, since the dye, solvent, and resin component are all water-insoluble, it is possible to effectively prevent the dye in the printing ink from leaching into water, and also to prevent the dye from leaching into water after removing the transfer film. Since the printing material is bathed in hot water, thereby loosening the intermolecular bonds and allowing the dye to penetrate further, it has the effect of clearly and reliably fixing the transfer pattern transferred to the printing material.
