(Prior art and its problems) Currently, aerial work vehicles that efficiently carry out various tasks at heights, such as replacing electric wires, installing signboards, or painting buildings, are equipped with turntables installed in the vehicle body. It is known that a boom is pivotally supported so as to be able to rise and fall, turn, extend and contract, and two buckets are equipped at the tip of the boom to perform the various operations mentioned above via an arm.

In other words, since there is a limit to the turning angle of the bucket in conventional power line replacement work, etc., in order to make it easier to move the bucket around utility poles, two arms are attached to the support shaft at the tip of the boom. An aerial work vehicle is known that is pivoted in two stages in the vertical direction and has a bucket attached to each end of the arm. In this case, as mentioned above, the two arms are pivoted to the support shaft in two stages, and the mounting positions of the arms and the bucket cart are vertically different, so when the bucket cart is stored, the left and right bucket carts are Since the center of gravity of the bucket cannot be balanced, the actual situation is to balance the center of gravity of the bucket by changing the shape and size of the bucket that is attached to the arm. However, when the vertical mounting positions of the arms relative to the bucket cart are different as in the past, the structure of the attachment part between each arm and each bucket cart and the drive mechanism of each bucket cart (for example, vertical movement and swinging mechanism) It is necessary to design each bucket separately, which leads to the inconvenience of complicating the structure and increasing costs.
This was caused by the structural problem that the heights of the arm attachment parts for the two bucket carts were different, as described above.

(Means and effects for solving the problems) In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has two arms pivotably pivoted in two stages in the vertical direction on one support shaft provided at the tip of the boom. In an aerial work vehicle in which a bucket belt is attached to each tip of the arm, at least one of the arms is bent upward or downward as appropriate to make the heights of the mounting positions of the arm and the bucket belt equal. By doing this,
To provide an aerial work vehicle which can simplify the structure and reduce costs by making it possible to attach two buckets whose attachment positions to the arm are set at the same height.

In FIGS. 1 to 8, reference numeral 1 indicates an aerial work vehicle to which the present invention is applied, and a turntable 2 is rotatably provided on the cart. supported. The boom 3 is configured to be raised and lowered by an undulation cylinder 4 provided between the turntable 2 and the boom 3, and to be extended and contracted by a telescoping cylinder built into the boom 3 in the longitudinal direction. Further, bucket belts 6A and 6B are provided at the tip of the boom 3, and these bucket belts 6A and 6B are swingable left and right and kept in balance by a suitable swinging mechanism and well-known equipment such as a balance cylinder.

Next, the main parts of the aerial work vehicle to which the present invention is applied will be explained based on the respective drawings of the embodiments.
A and 8B are arms with buckets 6A and 6B attached to their tips, respectively, and these arms 8A and 8B have their base ends 18A and 18B inserted in the vertical direction of the support shaft 7 in two steps. It is pivotally supported. By the way, as shown in the figure, the lower arm 8A and 8B of the arms 8A and 8B are formed in a straight line in the horizontal direction, and the upper arm 8B is bent downward from approximately the center to form an S-shape at the tip end. The bucket belts 6A, 6B attached to the ends of the arms 8A, 8B are configured to have the same height level, and the arms 8A, 8B are attached at the same position.

In this embodiment, an example is shown in which the upper arm 8B is bent downward so that the mounting position of the bucket belt 6B matches the mounting position of the other bucket belt 6A. The embodiment of the invention is not limited to this example.

As mentioned above, the present invention is based on the left and right arms 8A and 8B.
One of the arms 8B (in this example, the arm on the right side of the vehicle body) is bent downward so that the mounting positions for the buckets 6A and 6B are at the same height. Move the two set buckets 6A and 6B to arms 8A and 8.
It also becomes possible to use equipment (oscillating equipment) of the same standard that performs various operations such as swinging and turning, which are installed on the bucket carts 6A and 6AB.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, the present invention has two arms pivotably supported vertically in two stages on a single support shaft provided at the tip of the boom, In an aerial work vehicle equipped with a bucket tote, at least one of the arms is bent vertically to make the mounting positions of the arm and the bucket to be equal in height, so that two bucket totes can be attached to the tip of the boom. Even if the bucket is installed, there is no need to use buckets of different shapes and sizes to balance the center of gravity of the bucket with respect to the arm, as in the past, and the mounting position of the arm can be set at the same height. This makes it possible to attach several identical bucket carts, thereby simplifying the structure and reducing costs, and also having the effect that the bucket cart can be stored compactly above the vehicle body.
