を介して積層してフイルタユニツト１５を形成し
、同フイルタユニツト１５を非磁性体からなる筒
状容器１０内に収納し、かつ、フイルタユニツト
１５を、その長手方向と処理流体の流れ方向とが
平行になるように配設したことを特徴とする高勾
配磁気分離フイルタ。 ２ 間隔保持部材１７をフイルタ部材１６の一部
として一体的に形成したことを特徴とする請求項
１記載の高勾配磁気分離フイルタ。 ３ 間隔保持部材１７が、フイルタ部材１６の周
縁周りにプレス加工によつて形成した非磁性体か
らなる枠材であることを特徴とする請求項２記載
の高勾配磁気分離フイルタ。 ４ フイルタ部材１６は強磁性体からなる金属製
網体であることを特徴とする請求項１，２又は３
