Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 吸着剤が収容される吸着塔と、 この吸着塔内に混合気体を供給する混合気体供
    給手段と、 前記吸着塔から特定成分が濃縮された非吸着成
    分を取り出す非吸着成分取出し手段と、 前記非吸着成分を取り出した後に前記吸着塔内
    の吸着成分を除去する吸着成分除去手段とを備え
    た気体濃縮装置において、 前記吸着塔内に吸着剤とともに磁性物質を分散
    させて配置したことを特徴とする気体濃縮装置。 ２ 前記磁性物質と吸着剤とを一体化して分散、
    配置してなる請求項１記載の気体濃縮装置。 ３ 前記吸着成分除去手段により吸着塔内の吸着
    成分を除去する際に、前記吸着塔内の磁性物質に
    磁界を作用させる磁界発生手段をさらに備えてな
    る請求項１または２に記載の気体濃縮装置。 ４ 吸着剤を窒素を優先的に吸着する吸着剤とし
    、濃縮される気体を酸素としてなる請求項３に記
    載の気体濃縮装置。
