Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 多孔質膜と、この多孔質膜の内部あるいは表
面に配置された磁性物質とから構成されたことを
特徴とする気体分離膜。 ２ 多孔質膜の少なくとも細孔表面に磁性物質が
分散して配置されてなる請求項１記載の気体分離
膜。 ３ 前記多孔質膜は実質的に特定気体成分を優先
的に通過させる平均孔径を有するものである請求
項１または２に記載の気体分離膜。 ４ 磁性物質を磁化してなる請求項１ないし３の
いずれか１に記載の気体分離膜。 ５ 混合気体から被分離気体を分離させる気体分
離部と、分離後の被分離気体が流出する流出部と
を備え、前記気体分離部に請求項１ないし４のい
ずれかに記載の気体分離膜を用いたことを特徴と
する気体分離装置。 ６ さらに前記気体分離膜の磁性物質に対して磁
界をかける磁界発生手段を備えてなる請求項５記
載の気体分離装置。
