応じて浴槽内に所定量の湯が給湯されるように給
湯用バーナを作動させると共に給湯弁を開放さ
せ、この給湯動作と連動して温水循環流路の循環
水が設定温度に加熱されるように循環ポンプ及び
暖房用バーナを作動させる制御手段とから成る構
