Industrial Application Fields The present invention is applicable to dielectric materials applicable to infrared sensors using pyroelectric effect, piezoelectric filters or vibrators using piezoelectric effect, light modulation elements using electrochemical effect, optical shutters, etc. It relates to thin film elements. Conventional structure and its problems Ferroelectric materials include piezoelectric elements, light modulation elements, pyroelectric elements,
It has a wide range of applications in the electronics field, such as memory devices, and in recent years, as electronic devices have become smaller with the development of ICs, devices using these ferroelectric properties are also becoming thinner. CVD (CVD) is a method for manufacturing such thin film devices.
−hemical vapor deposition) and spatsuta method,
There are vapor deposition methods, but all of them are methods of producing a target substance on a substrate. Therefore, an element using a ferroelectric thin film is used including a substrate, and such a structure has the following problems. Because one side of the ferroelectric material is in close contact with the substrate,
The surface is mechanically clamped to the substrate, making electrical polarization of the ferroelectric film difficult due to the piezoelectric effect. Because of the presence of the substrate, electrodes cannot be formed on the surface of the thin film on the substrate side. A ferroelectric thin film with good electrical and optical properties can be obtained by epitaxial growth on a single crystal substrate, but if an electrode is first formed on the substrate using a conductive material, the resulting film will grow on the substrate. Since it is affected by the surface, by applying an electrode material on the substrate, the crystallinity of the ferroelectric thin film formed thereon will deteriorate. Since the substrate is bonded to the thin film, it becomes a mass and thermal load, resulting in loss when used as a piezoelectric vibrator or pyroelectric infrared detection element. When used as a light modulation element or a pyroelectric infrared detection element, light passes through the substrate, so light and infrared rays are easily absorbed by the substrate material, resulting in loss. On the other hand, in the method of manufacturing a thin ferroelectric material by cutting it out from a single crystal or porcelain and polishing it, it is difficult to achieve a thickness of 20 to 30 μm or less due to mechanical strength problems. These drawbacks can be overcome, at least in part, by creating devices that do not have a substrate and consist only of thin films; however, thin films are typically a few micrometers thick and are highly susceptible to damage. easy to handle and difficult to handle. OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems and provides an excellent dielectric thin film device that compensates for the drawbacks of thin film devices in which the substrate is removed. Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the dielectric thin film element of the present invention is characterized in that at least one side is coated with an organic film. DESCRIPTION OF EXAMPLES Example 1 Using a sputtering device, as shown in the figure, a thickness of approximately
A lead titanate thin film 2 with a thickness of 2 μm was grown on a magnesium oxide substrate 1 with a thickness of 300 μm. Next, a platinum electrode 3 is placed at the center of the top surface of the lead titanate thin film 2.
After evaporating and forming lead titanate thin film 2, epoxy resin 4 with a thickness of approximately 4 μm is applied over the entire upper surface of lead titanate thin film 2, and then, concentrated phosphoric acid is used to remove substrate 1 other than the outer periphery of the lower surface of thin film 2. By forming a recess 6 in which the lower surface of the thin film 2 was exposed, a portion 2a consisting only of the thin film was formed. Next, a NiCr electrode 5 was formed at the center of the lower surface of the thin film 2, facing the electrode 3, to produce an infrared detection element without a substrate. In order to investigate the impact resistance of the infrared detection element thus prepared, the elements coated with an organic film (epoxy resin) in the above example (referred to as B) and the element without coating (referred to as A) were compared. A drop test was conducted using two types. The results are shown below.

As is clear from the above results, no abnormality was observed when the element covered with organic film was dropped from a height of 150 cm onto a wooden board approximately 2 cm thick, but there was no organic film covering layer. In Motoko,
The device was destroyed when dropped from a height of 30 cm, so it can be seen that a thin film device without a substrate coated with an organic film is sufficiently resistant to impact. Example 2 A powder of Pb p.9 La 0.1 Ti 0.975 O 3 with an excess of 20 mol% PbO was used as a target, and a 2 μm thick powder was deposited on a magnesium oxide substrate approximately 300 μm thick using a high frequency magnetron sputtering device. A thin film was formed in the same manner as in Example 1, and an organic film layer and both electrodes were further provided to produce a device as shown in FIG. When the element thus obtained was subjected to a drop test in the same manner as in Example 1, it was found that it had sufficient strength even when dropped from a height of 150 cm. Example 3 A thin film with a thickness of 2 μm was formed on a substrate using a high-frequency magnetron sputtering device using a target consisting of PbZr 0.2 Ti 0.8 O 3 with 10 mol % excess of PbO added to the powder. Furthermore, this thin film has a thickness of approximately 5 μm.
An element having the structure shown in FIG. 1 was prepared by applying epoxy resin. This element was also found to be sufficiently resistant to impact. In the above embodiments, an organic film layer made of epoxy resin or the like is provided on one side of the thin film, but a satisfactory element can be obtained even if the organic film layer is provided on both sides of the thin film. Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the dielectric thin film element of the present invention, since the thin film is coated with an organic film without providing a substrate, it has extremely high impact resistance and is easy to handle. Since it is not provided, it can be applied to infrared detection elements, piezoelectric filters, light modulation elements, etc.
