Claims (1)
沿つて走行しながらエアーを吹き出して機台を清
掃するための走行清掃用ブローダクトと、 機台の清掃を行うために当該機台に対して固定
的に設けられた配管に対し、前記台車の走行方向
の特定の位置である清掃用停止位置において結合
し、前記配管にエアーを供給するためのエアー供
給用ブローダクトと、 前記台車の清掃用停止位置の近辺において、前
記走行清掃用ブローダクトと前記エアー供給用ブ
ローダクトとへのエアーの流路を切り換えるため
の切り換え弁装置と を有してなることを特徴とする清掃装置。 (2) レールに沿つて走行する台車と、 前記台車に設けられ、当該台車が前記レールに
沿つて走行しながらエアーを吹き出して機台を清
掃するための、当該台車から下方に延びるように
設けられた走行清掃用ブローダクトと、 機台の清掃を行うために当該機台に対して固定
的に設けられた配管に対し、前記台車の一方の走
行端である清掃用停止位置において結合し、前記
配管にエアーを供給するための、当該台車から走
行方向に沿つて突出するように設けられたエアー
供給用ブローダクトと、 前記走行清掃用ブローダクトと前記エアー供給
用ブローダクトとへのエアーの流路を切り換える
ための切り換え弁装置と、 前記台車の清掃用停止位置の近辺において、前
記切り換え弁装置を切り換えるためのドグと を有してなることを特徴とする清掃装置。 (3) 前記台車を前記清掃用停止位置において一
定の時間停止させ、その後再度走行を開始するよ
うに制御する制御装置を有してなる請求項１又は
