構に設けられ揺動装置により前記除塵スクリーン
に対し前後方向に揺動される第１のレーキガイド
と、この第１のレーキガイドに案内され、前記架
構に設けられたガイド昇降装置により上下動され
る第２のレーキガイドと、この第２のレーキガイ
ドの上、下部に設けられたチエンホイルと、両チ
エンホイル間に巻装された無端状チエンと、前記
第２のレーキガイドの上方に設けられた前記上部
チエンホイル駆動用の駆動装置と、前記無端状チ
エンに連結され前記第２のレーキガイドに案内さ
れた状態で前記無端状チエンと同体的に上下動し
かつ下降限位置が水面上方になるように設けられ
たレーキ台車と、このレーキ台車の下方にレーキ
台車と一体的に設けられたレーキアームと、この
レーキアームに設けられたレーキとを備えたこと
