- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 フーチン部と、該フーチン部の上面より上方に
突設された柱脚部とを備えたプレハブ基礎におい
て、 フーチン部には、該フーチン部の上下方向に貫
通するセメント注入孔が設けられるとともに、フ
ーチン部の上下方向に貫通する雌ネジ孔が設けら
れ、この雌ネジ孔には、該雌ネジ孔に螺合可能な
雄ネジ棒と、該雄ネジ棒の下端に取り付けられて
このプレハブ基礎を支持する支持板部を有する高
さ調整部材が設けられてなることを特徴とするセ
メント注入孔付きプレハブ基礎。
