Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 複数本の導体を、被覆層となるフイルム間
に並列配置し、挟着させてなるテープ電線におい
て、被覆層を形成する該フイルムが2種の異種フ
イルム同志をテープ電線の長手方向に対して交互
に継ぎ合わせた接合絶縁フイルムであることを特
徴とするテープ電線。 (2) 上記の接合絶縁フイルムを構成する一種が
耐熱性を有するポリイミドフイルムであつて、他
のフイルムがポリエステルフイルムであることを
特徴とする請求項1記載のテープ電線。 (3) 上記1及び2の絶縁フイルムが、2種の異
種フイルム同志を長手方向に交互に重ね合わせ、
または突き合わせて継ぎ合わせた接合絶縁フイル
ムであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記
載のテープ電線。 (4) 上記1,2,3の接合絶縁フイルムを用い
て被覆層を形成するに際し、被覆層の上面と下面
において、同材質のフイルム部分が略同一位置に
くるように該フイルムを貼り合わせて、形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに
記載のテープ電線。 (5) 上記1,2,3,4に記載されるテープ電
線の少なくとも一端において、上下面いずれかの
片面が導体露出せしめられた基板接続部位と、導
体が2枚の耐熱フイルムで挟着されている放熱部
位と、一方の絶縁フイルムが他方の耐熱フイルム
で接着固定された加熱収縮防止部位とで構成され
た端部を有するようにカツトされてなることを特
徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載のテ
ープ電線。 (6) 上記5のテープ電線を、その両端部が異な
るフイルム部分を有する被覆層となるようにカツ
トするとともに、いずれか一端に位置する耐熱フ
イルム部分の表裏いずれか一方を、内在する導体
部分が基板との接続に要する十分な長さに露出さ
れるように剥離して構成されることを特徴とする
請求項5記載のテープ電線。 (7) 上記5のテープ電線を、その両端部が異な
るフイルム部分を有する被覆層となるようにカツ
トするとともに、その両端のフイルム部分の表裏
いずれか一方を、内在する導体部分が基板との接
続に要する十分な長さに露出されるように剥離し
て構成されることを特徴とする請求項5記載のテ
ープ電線。 (8) 上記5のテープ電線を、その両端部が耐熱
フイルム部分からなる被覆層となるようにカツト
するとともに、その一端もしくは両端のフイルム
部分の表裏いずれか一方を、内在する導体部分が
基板との接続に要する十分な長さに露出されるよ
うに剥離して構成される請求項5記載のテープ電
線。
