する端部を保持する一対のパイプ保持部材と、前
記一対のパイプ保持部材が同軸状態にあるときに
その一外周面と接するように略Ｕ字型に屈曲され
、互いに平行な脚板部を備えた連結具本体と、前
記脚板部間に掛け渡されており、少なくとも一方
のパイプ保持部材を回転可能に枢支する軸と、こ
の軸に該軸の軸線と直角方向に摺動可能であり、
前記一対のパイプ保持部材が同軸状態で両パイプ
保持部材の外周面にともに当接して前記軸を中心
とする回転を阻止するロツク位置及び一方のパイ
プ保持部材の外周面のみに当接して該パイプ保持
部材を折り畳み可能とするロツク解除位置を移動
