記外筒を内筒に挿通し、内筒をスタツドに堅く固
定するクリツプにおいて、 内筒の係止部の部分が、内筒の他の部分より半
径方向外方に位置できるように形成されるととも
に、外筒が内筒に挿通されると、前記係止部部分
が半径方向内方に押されてスタツドの溝に係止す
るよう形成され、該係止部部分は、スタツドへの
挿通時にはスタツド外面に干渉しないように、通
常時内筒の他の部分より半径方向外方に位置して
