ガイド孔を対峙して穿設すると共に、該一対のガ
イド孔の上端部分に水平に同方向に切込みを穿設
し、前記ボルトの保持板を、前記筒体の一対のガ
イド孔に上下動可能に且つ前記切込みで水平方向
に旋回し得るよう嵌装してなることを特徴とする
