タンク内とダンパ室とを仕切るように張設されて
いるダイアフラムと、ダンパ室に配設され、ダイ
アフラムをダンパ室と反対方向に付勢するスプリ
ングと、を備えており、前記ダンパ室の圧力変化
に対応する前記ダイアフラムの進退によつて前記
ダンパの容積を変化させることにより、前記ポン
プの吸い込み側の脈動を吸収するように構成され
