であつて、炉体の側壁に開設された溶融スラグ流
出口の炉外側に該溶融スラグ流出口と炉外に設置
された水冷設備との間を密閉する包囲体が取付け
られており、該包囲体の内部における密閉された
空間と該溶融スラグ流出口の上方における炉内と
がエジエクターを介して配管接続されて成ること
