Claims (1)
- 中空の平板と、上記平板の内部に液を供給する
ための液管と、上記平板の内部にて発生した蒸気
を吐出するための蒸気管と、この平板の内側に設
けられた溝より構成された蒸発器において、上記
平板内部に液溜り部及び液センサーを設けたこと
を特徴とする平板形蒸発器。
