使用例を示す図である。図において１は冷媒流路
、２は冷媒流路入口、３は冷媒流路出口、４は容
器、５は空気入口、６は空気出口、７は発熱体、
８はポンプ、９は配管、１０は冷却装置、１１は
液化冷却剤、１２は圧力容器、１３はパイプ、１
４はバルブ、１５はキヤピラリーチユーブ、１６
は噴出口、１７は放出口、１８は温度センサ、１
９は制御・駆動装置である。なお、図中同一符号
は同一または相当部分を示す。
２図はこの考案の使用例を示す図、第３図は従来
の冷却装置の構成図、第４図は従来の冷却装置の
使用例を示す図である。図において１は冷媒流路
、２は冷媒流路入口、３は冷媒流路出口、４は容
器、５は空気入口、６は空気出口、７は発熱体、
８はポンプ、９は配管、１０は冷却装置、１１は
液化冷却剤、１２は圧力容器、１３はパイプ、１
４はバルブ、１５はキヤピラリーチユーブ、１６
は噴出口、１７は放出口、１８は温度センサ、１
９は制御・駆動装置である。なお、図中同一符号

Claims (1)
- 冷媒を流す流路と、これを収納する容器と、加
圧することにより常温下で液下した冷却剤と、こ
れを充填した圧力容器と、この圧力容器と流路を
収納した容器とを接続するパイプと、パイプに取
付けられたバルブと、バルブと流路を収納した容
器との間に取付けたキヤピラリーチユーブと、冷
媒流路の入口に取付けられた温度センサと、温度
センサからの信号によりバルブの開閉を行なう制
御・駆動装置からなる冷却措置。
