  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 抵抗体をその端子間の抵抗値が所定の目標抵抗
    値に達するまでトリミングする抵抗体のトリミン
    グ装置において、 トリミング中の抵抗体の端子間に定電流を流す
    通電手段と、 前記目標抵抗値を示す抵抗体に前記定電流を流
    したときの前記端子間の電圧を基準電圧として設
    定する設定手段と、 前記トリミング中の抵抗体の抵抗値に対応する
    前記端子間の電圧と前記基準電圧とを連続的に比
    較して、前者の電圧が後者の電圧に達したときに
    トリミング終了信号を出力する比較手段と、 前記比較手段が出力するトリミング終了信号に
    基づいて前記抵抗体のトリミングを終了させる制
    御手段と を備えてなることを特徴とする抵抗体のトリミン
    グ装置。
