  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 支柱２の一端の高所位置に取付けた吊下用電
    磁石１の下側に、上面４の中央位置には芯保持棒
    ５を垂立し、下面側には浮動物体６を取付けた浮
    動磁石３を、前記芯保持棒５を介して吊下用電磁
    石１と浮動磁石３との相互の吸磁力で吊下してな
    る物体の磁気浮動装置。 ２ 芯保持棒５の真下位置を中心に回転する回転
    磁石８と浮動物体６から垂下した吊下棒１１の下
    端部に取付け、且つ、前記回転磁石８と同一回転
    円周上に設けた追随磁石１２とからなる請求項１
    記載の物体の磁気浮動装置。 ３ 芯保持棒５の真下線上の浮動物体６の底面１
    ４に着地用磁石１３を取付け着地用磁石１３の下
    側位置に位置決め用電磁石１５を設け、吊下用電
    磁石１と位置決め用電磁石１５とに、通電の切換
    用接点１６を接続してなる請求項１記載の物体の
    磁気浮動装置。 ４ 浮動磁石３と吊下用電磁石１との吸着力の作
    用する磁界範囲の高さ位置で且つ、芯保持棒５が
    吊下用電磁石１に接当しない低位置の左右の支柱
    ２に、発光素子１７及び受光素子１８を取付け、
    発光素子１７と受光素子１８に吊下用電磁石１の
    ドライバー素子群２２を結線して位置決めの光セ
    ンサ回路を形成してなる請求項１記載の物体の磁
    気浮動装置。
