Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the subject anti-neoplasmic agent containing a specified rhodium complex as the active component, showing an anti-neoplasmic effect more active than that of cisplatin already known as an anti-neoplasmic agent and low in side effects. CONSTITUTION:An organic rhodium complex shown by formula I (X is Cl, Br or I; R is formula II) such as bis[(2,3,5,6-eta)-bicyclo[2.2.1] hepta-2,5-diene]di-mu- chlorodichlorodirhodium complex is used as the active component to obtain the objective anti-neoplasmic agent showing an anti-cancer effect more active than that of a platinum complex such as cisplatin and low in side effects.

てマウス実験によった。
